We’re expanding our tight-knit GTM team with a smart, hungry generalist marketer. This is a unique opportunity to join the founding GTM team at an inflection point. Your mandate will be broad—do what it takes to keep the team’s calendars filled with demos. You’ll help us accelerate our mission to make the world more accessible through digital IDs.
Job descriptions usually aren’t very helpful. Here are the things you probably care about:
- You'll be one-person marketing team with collaborative colleagues. Everybody on the team is smart and down-to-earth. We don't hire anyone with a history of being a jerk (we check references).
- You'll be employee #~10 at a high-intensity, fast-growth company our customers depend on in a rapidly-shifting $200B industry that impacts billions of people. We're attempting to solve one of the only remaining truly unsolved problems on the web and we've found a wedge to actually do it.
- You won't be micromanaged. You’ll be given way more responsibility than is reasonable for your tenure and expected to crush it. Trinsic isn’t the optimal environment for heavy-handed mentorship or hand-holding.
- We're a remote company, and we lean into that. For example, we do a lot of asynchronous work through writing, messaging, etc. We travel twice yearly to get together for team meet-ups.
- There are things that are broken, fires burning, etc. (we don't expect you to be perfect either). You’ll need a "let's figure this out" mentality to solving problems.
- We offer comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, vision, travel stipend, no PTO cap, and parental leave.
We only hire high energy people who will do high quality work. We care about:
- 0-3 years of experience in marketing, growth, or related roles. If you’re a new grad, you should have done internships/side projects/a startup while in school.
- You historically get more work done per unit of time than your peers. We’d like to find someone “AI-native” for this role whose first impulse is to use the best tools at your disposal to get maximum leverage. You’ll have a budget of several hundred dollars per month to spend on whatever AI tools will make you 10x more productive.
- Has a highly entrepreneurial disposition: experimentation & iteration, drive & self-motivation, and comfort taking action in ambiguity. We need someone who impatiently walks with a sense of urgency in their step towards Trinsic's next milestones.
- You have a high quality bar and good aesthetic sensibilities. (You don’t need to be a graphic designer but should know good design when you see it and use tools like Figma or Canva to make professional-looking material.) Strong native English fluency, particularly in written form, required.
- This is a generalist role—it requires a "nothing is beneath me" mentality. You'll do everything from scheduling social posts to analyzing complex market dynamics and building slide decks for enterprise deals.
- You should feel confident you'll move the needle for whichever company you join—and therefore be excited about above-market equity as part of a competitive comp package. Read more here: Compensation Philosophy.
Your mandate will be to build and execute growth initiatives that directly impact revenue and market position. Here are some of the primary responsibilities:
- Content Calendar Management - Own our content strategy across all channels (blog, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, newsletter), ensuring consistent, high-quality output that drives engagement and pipeline
- Website & Market-Facing Assets - Maintain and optimize our website, landing pages, and other digital properties. Work with design/dev resources to ship improvements quickly
- Growth Experiments - Design, run, and analyze growth experiments across channels. Start with hypotheses, execute quickly, measure results, and scale what works. Pull insights from LinkedIn, Google Analytics, and other platforms to inform reporting activities
- Events Support - Help plan and execute webinars, conference presence, and other events. This includes everything from logistics to slide creation to follow-up campaigns
